Chapman to all living in the material world, and establish a communication connection and family relationship of all in the United States of America known but imperfectly remembered by God.

All Americans, including all taking up permanent residence in the United States of America, native, naturalized, or illegal, acknowledging my outward appearance with a strong inner impulse toward Peace, the family name, disregard the sentence of death.
