Our Father, the Chapman family subjected to a standard of obedience directed to a Supreme Being, mentally and physically submissive to all restraints and commands of Almighty God is now in the proper state of mind to receive with thanksgiving and turn to practical use or account the immediate privileges and benefits of employment as a public servant for the accomplishment of purposeful divine objectives and immediate task.

The executive and director staff is chosen, their Oath of Office is prepared and ready to be administered, I have a pressing and indispensable need and use for money requiring your prompt attention to furnish with the land needed, providing homes, work and livelihood, positions of employment yielding a salary, and donations meeting financial obligations.

Approve and perform this heartfelt prayer acceding to my right to the discharge of an official professional occupation derived from the devoted to the final Operation of God, granting suitable controls over money, property, and persons available and fitted for service as a special privilege accepted as my due.
