I turned over to Harold L. Chapman my right to make final decisions controlling, directing, or governing all that I possessed, things to be done by my power, matters of business to be done by the Kingdom Family Treasure House, any occurrence or event due and unpaid, and all matters, circumstances, affairs, or concerns of the Kingdom Family.

All of my property, wealth, and territory ruled I gave up willingly as your right to rule and govern all existing things, this spring provides you a definite period of time to hold in your hand and under your control as promised money equivalent in effect with my power, a piece of property to each member of the Chapman family, and the whole amount of money to fund the corporation.
